Yay It's FRIDAY!!

So today I'm sharing some of my favorite things from this week...

okay really they are from the past few months. :) 

1. Scoop Neck T-shirt

Okay friends, let's be real I'm not a fashion blogger.

I mean this photo was taken in my guest bathroom. Ahh

However this Fuchsia Top is ALL THAT and YOU NEED IT!

I found it at Target earlier this summer because I was in need of some cute basic tees. 

It's loose but still fit all at the same time. 

Go to your local target and grab a couple, I promise you will LOVE THEM!

2.Sisters getting along

These sweet sisters have been fighting and arguing a lot.

So this rare moment that they were getting along was exactly what this momma's heart needed. 

Especially on a rainy stormy afternoon that ruined nap time. 

3. Candle Melts

       

If you are local in the Shenandoah Valley, then you need these candles or aroma melts. 

They are amazing!!!

I met the owner Callie at a Vendor Booth we both did back in July. 

{We have instantly become BFFS}

I bought 4 that day and I can't wait to order more once she has the Fall/Holiday scents out.

As we speak I'm burning Dreamsicle in our dining room. 

The best way to end summer, is to have your entire house smell of summer!

4. WE ARE BLOGGING AGAIN!

So because I started blogging again, I thought I'd share this ridiculous picture.

5. Family Weekend

I'm so excited for a Full Weekend with my people. 

David does wedding videography on the weekends, so I love whenever he has a FREE Saturday during wedding season! 

Let all the family bonding, honey-to-do list, and dates be jammed into a weekend!

Catch Up Thursday || 5 Year Anniversary

Oh goodness Friends, I have missed this spot online. 

I took a blogging break because to be honest I wasn't loving it!

I didn't love how the blog looked, my voice, my post, etc. 

So I took a break, enjoyed summer with my kids, and prayed a lot about this little spot. 

I'm happy to say I think I have found my voice and the spot that I want this to be. 

Soooo

Without further introduction, I'm going to start a new Thursday Series, Catch Up.

Every Thursday I'll be Catching up on things, Big things we have been doing all summer long. 

I'm so stinking excited about this series!

First up.... 5 Year Anniversary! 

This year on May 7 we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary.

How is that even possible, hard to believe it's already been 5 years. 

If I'm being honest it seems like we have been married so much longer then just 5 years, I don't mean that because it's been hard either. David and I have had a lot of really great years, though even marriage has it's bumps in the road. I'm thankful for how well the Lord has truly blessed our marriage. 

In 5 years we have seen David move from a night shift job, to a job that keeps him home at night.
We now have 2 beautiful little girls.
Re-arranged our furniture A LOT.
Bought new furniture.
Taken vacations.
Watched too much netflix.
Laughed extremely hard.
Cried at times.
Fought at times.
Most of all we have LOVED BIG!


I love doing life with this man.
I'm so excited about our future.
