Everley 3 months

On Sunday Everley turned 3 months old, meaning she is officially an Infant and no longer a newborn. Lets all take a minute to cry for a few minutes.

Okay now that I have pulled myself together, lets talk about all of her big milestones.

Favorites:
         -Talking! This girl loves to talk, she is constantly cooing and blabbering up a storm. We love hearing what she has to say and having her talk with us.
         -Smiling! Her beautiful smiles truly lights up her entire face. She smiles whenever she sees or hears Tensley, David and myself.
         -Big Hair! Her hair is ridiculous and we absolutely love it. I have tried multiple times to get it to lay down. Even after she gets out of the bath tub, we lay it down wet. However it naturally poofs itself up. We joke that she takes the old saying "the bigger the hair the closer to God" a little to seriously.
        -Sitting up! This girl loves to see whats going on, always has to be in the know. So loves sitting up with our help or for a few seconds in her gumbo while watching and taken in everything around her.
       -Tummy time! Wahoo its finally a fan favorite, not for very long however. I'm just glad that we don't hate it anymore. It's great watching her seeing everything and reaching for her toys.
       -Bath time! Finally we enjoy baths. Maybe its cause the water is a little warmer or maybe its because I have been allowing Tensley and myself to get in as well so that she can really sit up in the water or lay down to splash around. We have a hard time now getting her out of the bathtub

Dislikes:
          -Sleep: We truly fight sleep, especially when we are extremely tired and hungry.
          -Nursing: This is a new one. Everley use to be a great nurser, however now sometimes during the day she has a hard time with it. We take it one feeding at a time, plus a lot of faking her out with the paci first before finally getting to her to nurse.

                                     {This photos back to back are crazy to me. She changed so much from being a newborn to 1 month, now she seems pretty much the same and has barely changed. Thats okay we love her so so so!}

This month we will be working on moving her down to her room to start sleeping there at night. As well as getting both girls set up with a great bed routine and earlier bedtimes. Summer is coming to an end and school is quickly approaching.

We are so excited to watch Everley achieve more milestones this month and continue to see this sweet little girls personality sneak through.
